Fun Facts About This Year's Event:

Despite the title of this year's event, the leg was only lowered, not raised!

This year's event was delayed til the Fall due to scheduling problems!

There was no music this year.
(And there was supposed to be!)

Actually, the event really sucked this year!
Ok, it didn't really-the show definitely had some cool moments.

At any rate I want to thank all the people who participated:
Tim, Mick, Po, Cynthia, and the homeless advocate guy.

On a serious note - shortly after the end of the event, there was a shocking and tragic traffic accident on the corner, which many of us saw happen.
Our thoughts and best wishes go out to the family of the victim of this tragedy.
